This morning I had a dream, one in which I was attending a funeral. I had no idea who the person was. However I did know a couple of the attendees. When I did some research I discovered that when you dream about funerals you are normally burying old habits, people or things that are no longer needed. In the bible Jesus talks in Matthew 8:22 " to follow me, and let the people who are dead, bury their own dead." I then realized that God was answering one of the many questions I have asked him. What can I do to increase my happiness, how can I make things better for myself. The answer was simply to let go, and let Him take control. We must understand that in order for us to walk with Christ and accept the Kingdom of God, we have to rid ourselves of the painful past and the nonsense activities we used to engage in. There is plenty of time to get rid of those skeletons... TODAY! God is using you, he wants you to walk the right and bright path that he has created just for you! And that can't happen if your worried or concerned about the (dead) things and people of the past.

Dedication
I can consider my hiatus to be selfish. I felt for sometime that I needed to study and build my relationship with God before coming here and saying anything. But through the power of prayer I was able to understand that he was using me as an example of not to be selfish. Sharing is what makes us human, understanding someone elses happiness and sadness is nescessary to our everyday lives , showing love and dispensing positive cares (not worries) or regretful questions is my job one that I must do. With persistence, love and dedication I will be more than happy to share my walk towards The Kingdom of Heaven.

Rise and Shine!
When I was in Elementary School my Grandmother would wake me, my sister and my cousin up, by singing "Rise and Shine Give God the Glory" as loud as she could every morning. Now that i'm older I sing that too!, just so I can prevent any negative attitudes from spoiling my day. I end every night with a prayer often thanking the lord for my day, and I start every morning by thanking the lord for waking me up and providing me with a great night's sleep and a chance to start all over again!. God is wonderful and he loves you very much. He is always prepared for your daily " Fourth of July" celebration. The question is are you?
